Vintage U S Coast Guard Academy Stoneware Whiskey Jug

Coast guard academy and the seal. The jug is in excellent condition with no chips ro cracks. Not sure of the age but must be fairly old as i don't think the coast guard allows you to drink and drive a boat anymore. Questions?
