Offering a vintage brass plaque depicting the uss submarine rasher agss 269. These and other submarine plaques were recently rescued from a scrapyard, when the metals market was so much in demand. This piece of naval military history measures 5 3/4 inches in diameter and weighs in at 1 pound 11 ounces! There are three small mounting holes, a little dirt and a small corrosion spot on teh lower bow of the rasher.I've included an image of the uss rasher when it wsa launched into the manitowoc river on the 20th of december 1942.
