You are looking at two vintage united states coast guard multi-color enamel brass pins. These could be pre wwii dated by the style of the safety catch on the one pin.
The first pin measures 11/16 across the eagle's wingspan and has the bald egale with a red, white and blue shield, and the c g letters in dark red enamel. The pin has a functioning pin-stem and an old open hook style catch. The second lapel style pin measures 9/16 across the eagle's wings, and also has the red, white and blue shield and the coast gurad c g letters, again in red enamel. Teh second pin has a screw on threaded clutch. The pins have developed their own patina with age, and i would leave any cleaning to the discretion of the new owner.
